Why?

So the question of why would I want to use sunprint paper as film in photography? Simply, I am a geek. I love building things from scratch, especially if the parts are salvaged from junk. Most other photographic processes require the use of silver nitrate and other special chemicals. Sunprint paper comes ready to expose and only requires plain water to develop and fix. It's also very inexpensive which makes it easy to experiment.
The purpose of this blog is to log my experimentation. If someone else is out there trying to do the same thing, maybe they can learn from my mistakes and successes. If you have already attempted this and have knowledge to share, let me know! I'd greatly appreciate it.
